Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only, and shipping is free.

Processing time

We prepare orders within 1-3 days of payment confirmation.

Shipping time

• United States: 7-15 days

Including processing, your order arrives in 8-18 days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at vitalyacompanyy@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If you have not received your order 20 days after it ships, or if it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and (if damaged) a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
