Changed your mind: 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order, no explanation needed.
- The product must be unopened with the seal intact. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sachets or bags.
- You pay the return shipping.
- We refund the product price.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement or a full refund. You pay nothing and do not need to send the product back.
How to start a return
- Email vitalyacompanyy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 24 business hours with the return address.
- Ship the package with a tracked method and send us the tracking number.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or of receiving your photo, if the item arrived damaged or wrong).
Cancel an order
You can cancel free of charge as long as the order has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
